GlobalSport Matters asked former Minnesota Vikings punter and author Chris Kluwe if allowed to be commissioner of the NFL for one day, what would he do?

The NFL season began on Sept. 6 with concerns about freedom of speech issues around athlete protests, health and safety concerns with long-term studies on the rate of CTE in former players and ratings concerns as TV numbers continue to decline.
